Why is the MOQ of printing customized plastic packaging bags usual 10000pcs or 5000pcs, is there no small scale customization?

Custom plastic bags are generally divided into 4 categories:an.

1. The minimum order quantity of raw materials,conventional transparent bags 30 to 100 kg, color bags starting from 1000 kg;

2. The number of plastic zipper bags for underwear is 10*15 cm. 30,000 bags will use 3,000 meters of materials and weigh about 40 kilograms;

3. The first step of printing the pattern needs to be customized according to the content of the printing, that is, the cost of making a plate for one color is between 32 to 50USD. If it is color, such as 5 colors, it is 5*32=160 USD;

Fourth, processing loss Printing will waste about 200 meters of material at least, that is, 2,000 bags, and subsequent bags will continue to be wasted due to different processes.

In many cases, it is not that the factory is unwilling to help, but the process of custom production determines that the cost of a small amount is high. The cost starts from 160USD, and it costs 800-1600USD.
This is the premise that the factory does not make your money.

If you feel that it is low end, you can find some shops that have bags in stock, use the silk screen printing process, and print them manually.

Of course, with the development of the process, our factory can also accept some low MOQ, simple printing, generally limited to 1 color, so the MOQ of some plastic bags can be 100 or 50 pcs.
